In our November 2020 release, we’ve continued to make improvements to Kanban. We’ve also made enhancements to Team builder as well as some smaller updates we hope you find useful.

Our August 2020 release is all about helping you manage your to-dos — track the smaller day-to-day activities that are so vital to the completion of a project but are often overlooked or forgotten. We’ve also introduced a new method for reassigning WIP and made an update to resource planning.
In this release, we’re giving your administration staff the ability to submit timesheets on behalf of your team. This means they can enter in any missing timesheets, or correct any timesheet entries that have been entered in the wrong project, for example.
This month we’re delighted to bring you another update to the continuously evolving resource planning module. We’ve also made improvements to invoices, reports and transmittals.

The February Synergy product update brings a range of new and updated things. We have a new win/loss panel, updated reports that allow you to filter by project status and a new filter type, a new security access level to allow better permissions for your admin staff, and we’re excited to introduce the next iteration of our time-saving changes to the planning board.
The first product update for 2020 brings a series of enhancements and performance improvements. From setting start/end days on the project schedule screen to generating reports in the background, we’ve covered a lot of ground focusing on areas you’ve asked for plus several performance improvements.
We’re capping off the year with a release that covers a bit of maintenance and some subtle, but key, enhancements to how you send invoice emails from Synergy and some improvements to reports.
This month’s product update is all about task management. You can now add tasks in the project schedule. We’ve also made enhancements to project templates to help you get out more accurate proposals, more frequently.
In the previous release we gave you unearned income to handle the upfront invoice balances in your accounting system. As an alternative, this release provides pre-bill invoicing as a way to handle work-in-progress (WIP) transactions you don’t want to write off. Pre-billing allows you to simply mark those transactions against the pre-billed amount.
This month’s product update is a project accounting bonanza with the all-new unearned income feature. This is additional functionality that builds on the project performance feature we released in June. It helps our accounting-oriented friends track their liability — that is, any income invoiced before work has been done.
This month’s product update brings a few enhancements to Synergy project performance. After releasing the new feature a month ago to wide acclaim, we’ve taken the immediate feedback on-board and made some enhancements to improve the function. We’ve also updated the stage details page in the work breakdown.
