Nothing is more frustrating than your business delivering award winning designs only for budgeting and document revision inaccuracies to negatively impact the numbers. We get it and we are here to help with our June release.

Are you looking forward to the new fiscal year? The gloom of Covid has passed, and it’s a favourable time for business development. We understand you want to maintain control over your company’s profitability, which is why our May release includes significant improvements to invoice creation and budgets grouped into different categories.

The newest update is a result of feedback from customers, with the product managers listening closely to what they want in a document management system. The update includes a number of new features that give users more control over their documents and make it easier for them to find the information they need.

You’re in luck! In the lead up to St Patrick’s Day, we bring you exciting updates to invoicing, the resource planning board (add and move hours easier), and the document register (package documents as ZIP files).

In this release pre-Valentine’s Day, we hope you love our new invoice audits functionality. We’ve also listened to your feedback (which we’re extremely grateful for!) and made updates to stage management, post-billing, project templates and project documents, as well as some other smaller enhancements.

Happy Festive Season, from Total Synergy! As we wrap up the year 2021, we’d like you to unwrap some highly requested enhancements we’ve made to the Synergy platform. We’ve been hard at work putting decorations on existing features, such as filters in the planning board. We’ve also made projects and budgets more user-friendly. Read all about the changes below.
