The end of 2022 has certainly come around quickly. It’s been a busy year for us all in the wake of Covid, and I hope business has been well for each of you.
As we draw closer to the end of the year, I wanted to reach out to you to reflect on the year we’ve had at Total Synergy and provide you with an update on how we’re working towards our goals of helping you do your best work.
Firstly, I want to thank all our customers who have partnered with us. We’re proud to be working with you and appreciate your loyalty and willingness to let us help you drive your success. Our software is shaped by your voice; and with more than 150,000 projects and more than 4 million time transactions managed through Synergy in 2022, your experiences, feedback, and insights, are integral to us developing what the industry needs from a business and project management solution.
Synergy 2022 enhancements
Synergy cloud has come a long way since we launched it back in 2017, and this year we’ve made some fantastic enhancements, with new features and updated functionality. In 2022, we’ve added:
- Enhanced Project Financial Workflows, featuring Purchase Orders, Payment Applications, Invoice Audits, and improvements across billing, invoicing, and revenue forecasting.
- Enhanced Project Management Workflows, featuring improvements across stage management, resource management, document management, project permissions, and emailing.
- Upgrades to our range of add-ons, including SynergyHR, SynergyCRM, and our SharePoint Integration for Document Control.
That’s just some of what’s been happening with the software. And we look forward to delivering you more in 2023.
We’ve also grown our online Synergy Community, where you can share information, ideas, feedback, and network with other industry professionals. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I invite you to take some time to have a look and join the conversation.

In addition to working on our software, we’ve also been working internally to nurture and grow our talented team. We have welcomed new staff members in marketing, sales, customer success and product that will empower us to continue to innovate across all areas. Our dedicated team brings you expertise and advice you can trust, with genuine care for you and your success.
After we all take a break over the holiday season and start fresh in the new year, we have our 2023 purpose clearly in sight and will continue to work with passion and drive, to deliver you the excellence you have come to expect, across both our software and our services.
