Synergy product update — February 2021 — Updates to Planning board, invoicing, projects, SharePoint

With the sweet scent of Valentine’s Day still in the air, we wanted to let you know; we love you, Synergy community. Not in a weird way - more in a 'thanks for supporting us, always asking great questions, and giving us ideas for new features' kinda way. It's a short month, and a quick release featuring some changes to the planning board, work breakdown, and invoicing aimed at improving performance and reducing the noise. Synergy product update — January 2021 — Timesheet Auto-Approvals

We kick off 2021 with the release of Timesheet Auto-Approvals. We’ve also made updates to Timesheet Approvals, resourcing and the planning board, Kanban, project templates and more.

We round off 2020 with the release of the highly requested Timesheet Approvals. We’ve also made updates to the Kanban board, planning board, revenue forecasting and reports.

In our November 2020 release, we’ve continued to make improvements to Kanban. We’ve also made enhancements to Team builder as well as some smaller updates we hope you find useful.

This month we’re super excited to officially launch our Kanban board which gives you greater visibility into projects at a task level and improves collaboration. We’re also introducing our new integration with Sage 50cloud Accounting and connect with Visual Survey Pro.

In this release, you can preview team builder and the Kanban board. We’ve also made updates to the workflow in the work breakdown, and invoices.

Synergy product update — August 2020 — To-dos

Our August 2020 release is all about helping you manage your to-dos — track the smaller day-to-day activities that are so vital to the completion of a project but are often overlooked or forgotten. We’ve also introduced a new method for reassigning WIP and made an update to resource planning.

Synergy product update — July 2020 — Timesheet Admin, Synergy Premium API, two-factor authentication

In this release, we’re giving your administration staff the ability to submit timesheets on behalf of your team. This means they can enter in any missing timesheets, or correct any timesheet entries that have been entered in the wrong project, for example.

Synergy product update — June 2020 — Update to resource planning

This month we’re delighted to bring you another update to the continuously evolving resource planning module. We’ve also made improvements to invoices, reports and transmittals.

Synergy product update — May 2020 — SharePoint for document control

Our May 2020 product update is all about enabling architecture, engineering, and construction design project teams to work remotely more easily, with the new SharePoint add-on for Synergy — SharePoint for document control. We’ve also made a few small updates in this release.
