Synergy on show at London’s Digital Construction Week 2018
Synergy project and business management software for architects, engineers and construction professionals will be on show at the 2018 Digital Construction Week event in London on 17 and 18 November.
Billed as ‘the only event series in the UK dedicated to innovation and technology in the built environment’, it’s the perfect showcase to continue Synergy’s growth in the UK AEC sector.
Total Synergy EMEA regional manager Damiaan van Zanen said Synergy is making waves as it grows to become a globally adopted product.
“Digital Construction Week is an opportunity to let the UK’s AEC professionals come and try Synergy to see how they can use our specifically designed technology to avoid wasting precious billable hours chasing all the project delivery admin,” Mr van Zanen said.
“Since launching the new cloud version of Synergy business and project management software in November 2017, we’ve seen more than 120 AEC businesses totalling over 1000 users adopt it for their businesses and projects.
“At DCW in particular, we’re looking forward to introducing the UK industry to the newly released Synergy Enterprise product featuring advanced forecasting and resource planning.
Synergy supports built environment design businesses throughout the entire project delivery lifecycle with collaboration and communication, project management, stage and task management, document management and sharing. The latest Enterprise features allow businesses to look ahead in their business and forecast if they have enough income to pay their staff and enough staff to service the projected projects. It also has the ability to forecast revenue to stage level and capacity to individual level.
What’s more, unlike many project management options, Synergy is underpinned by a comprehensive project accounting capability to ensure the practice and projects are profitable.
Mr van Zanen said Synergy customers were seeing significant time savings in their architectural and engineering businesses with benefits like better email management, simpler timesheets and invoicing, reduced project admin for technical staff, and centralised contacts and documents.
“A director in an architecture practice reported saving up to five hours a week with just his own project emails, and he is one of five directors who each expect to recover this billable time,” Mr van Zanen said.
“Another example is a structural engineering practice director who realised time savings of 75 percent in simply producing and sending invoices. These are stories we hear and discover across all of our customers in our conversations and support processes.
Synergy is exhibiting on stand D77 in the exhibitor hall.
